About this site

Which reviews appear

We show reviews rated 4 stars and up from Google, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and our post-charter survey, unedited. Yelp reviews are counted and linked but never quoted, because Yelp does not allow its reviews to be reproduced. Lower-rated reviews from Google, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot and Yelp are not shown here; each can be read on that platform's own page. Survey responses rated below 4 stars are not published.

As of October 2026, none of the reviews we hold from these platforms is rated below 4 stars.

Where reviews come from

Reviews from Google, Tripadvisor and Trustpilot are collected every morning. Reviews from our post-charter survey appear only when the guest has said we may publish their words.

Names

Google and Tripadvisor reviewers are shown by first name and last initial. Trustpilot reviewers are shown as "A verified guest".
